Smooth Bore PTFE Hose
Smooth bore PTFE hose offers low volumetric expansion at maximum operating pressure. Low expansion provides a more positive brake pedal with less travel. It is able to operate at pressures up to 3000psi and full temperature while remaining robust and flexible. PTFE is compatible with virtually all fluids and is suitable for air and gas applications.

This product is available in sizes –2 to –6 with a choice of either Stainless Steel, polyester or Kevlar braid.
It is ideally suited to brake, clutch, power steering and gearbox hydraulics as well as fuel injection and sprint car wing hydraulic systems. For fuel and high flow systems where static generation is a possibility a static dissipating lined option is available.

Smooth Bore High Pressure PTFE Hose
Smooth bore high-pressure hose is designed for high pressure and high impulse severe duty applications. It maintains excellent flexibility due to the superior tension controlled single layer small wire diameter plaited braid design. All assemblies are factory made with permanently attached (crimped) fittings and pressure tested for ultimate reliability and safety. It is used extensively in Formula 1 for suspension and gearbox hydraulics and in rally and touring cars for power steering applications. This product is available in sizes –4 and –6.

Smooth Bore Fittings*
End fittings are available as reusable including block-type. BMRS also manufactures a complete range of lightweight crimp fittings in one-piece swept bend elbows and block type. Fittings are available in stainless steel, aluminum and titanium.
